The sleep diagnostic team at Covidien is please to announce the release of Sandman Elite™ v9.2 sleep diagnostic software. Now, the Sandman™ sleep therapy device diagnostic platform can communicate directly with the innovative Sandman DuoST™, Sandman Info™, and Sandman Auto™ sleep therapy devices(1). The Sandman Elite v9.2 software upgrade is being distributed to all customers with current Extended Support agreements for their Sandman Elite systems.
With Sandman Elite v9.2 software, therapy settings are controlled from the software and pressure-change tags are automatically placed in the sleep record. The Sandman therapy devices connect to the Sandman diagnostic system in the sleep room, so no additional cabling is required between the sleep and control rooms.
Installation instructions, release notes and hardware requirements will be included when the upgrades are shipped to Extended Support and Warrantee customers in the next 4 weeks.
